Noah Billick earned a BA in Languages and Literature from Bard College in 1999, and a BCL, LL.B. and MBA from McGill University’s joint program in Management & Law in 2006. Noah has spent his entire career in the investment management business, first at ScotiaMcLeod, and then practicing law at Fasken Martineau in Toronto with a focus on securities litigation. Following Fasken Martineau, Noah joined Palos Management, an investment fund manager in Montreal, as General Counsel. In 2013, Noah became General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of MacDougall, MacDougall & MacTier, Canada’s oldest securities dealer. While at 3Macs, Noah oversaw a period of intensive corporate transformation, culminating in the successful sale of the firm to Raymond James. Subsequently, Noah returned to Palos as President and oversaw operations, compliance, recruiting, and led a team of portfolio managers. At Dorchester, Noah focuses on M&A, recruiting, portfolio management, regulatory compliance, and general corporate law.
